With rookie RB Cam Skattebo out for the season (ankle), Tracy Jr. has stepped in as the Giants’ lead back. He handled the vast majority of backfield touches and is locked into the lead role for the rest of the season, bringing pass-catching ability and explosive playmaking to the offense. Tracy projects as a weekly low-end RB2 with upside.
Knight has emerged as Arizona’s starting RB after James Conner was lost for the year and Trey Benson landed on IR. He out-touched and out-produced Michael Carter (released from the team) in Week 7 and draws a favorable matchup against a struggling Dallas run defense. He offers short-term RB2/Flex value, though Benson may return by Week 10.
Sampson is a speculative stash with RB Quinshon Judkins injured. He was RB9 in Week 1 and saw his highest touch count since then in Week 8. An effective pass catcher, he has potential if Judkins remains sidelined.
Boutte is averaging 18.8 fantasy points per game over his last three outings with 4 touchdowns. Despite low target volume, he leads in scoring due to strong red-zone usage. While the TD rate may not sustain, his upside makes him worth the add even with a tough Week 9 matchup.
Franklin posted 89 yards and 2 TDs in Week 8, launching into the top 24 WRs in overall scoring. His target volume has spiked recently, outpacing Courtland Sutton. Though the Week 9 matchup is tough, he is a strong add for rest-of-season value.
Loveland has seen increased usage with Cole Kmet sidelined and faces a Bengals defense allowing the most points to tight ends. He is a viable one-week streaming option if Kmet remains out.
Darnold is a strong streaming option after averaging 18.8 fantasy points over his last three games. He faces a Washington defense that ranks among the worst against QBs. A solid floor with upside in Week 9 makes him a viable one-week replacement.
Coming off a 205-yard, four-TD game in Week 8, Tua faces a Ravens defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to QBs. A solid one-week stream for teams needing a QB.
Facing rookie QB Tyler Shough and a Saints offense that allowed 5 sacks and 4 turnovers in Week 8, the Rams D/ST is a strong Week 9 stream thanks to a dangerous pass rush and opportunistic playmaking.
Coming off a bye, the Jaguars face Geno Smith, who leads the NFL in interceptions. Their defense has 10 picks and offers high-upside streaming value against a turnover-prone Raiders offense.
